The Education to Employment Path (E2E Path) is the young people or youth's close friend and Virtual Market Space for Skills, Employment, and Education. This innovative platform is designed to connect young people and host community youth with critical opportunities in education, skills development, personal, professional and employment development.

By leveraging peer networks and technology, the site curates a comprehensive, evidence-based catalogue of scholarships, vocational training, job placements, and entrepreneurial resources. This digital marketplace addresses barriers faced by marginalized youth across Uganda's Kampala, Adjumani, Arua, and South West regions, ensuring accessible and inclusive pathways to personal and economic growth.

Central to the E2E Path is the empowerment of youth through the Windle International Uganda Peer-to-Peer model – Ask Access Achieve. During in-person engagement, Youth advisors actively engage their communities, facilitating trust and relevance in opportunity sharing and ensuring that information flows efficiently and equitably.

This approach, combined with multi-sectoral partnerships involving governments, UN agencies, NGOs, and academic institutions, strengthens the regional young people's education framework in line with global agendas such as the Education 2030 and the Global Compact on Young people.

The platform not only connects young people to opportunities but also supports their transition to sustainable employment and entrepreneurship.
